Hello everybody.
So over these past two weeks two missionaries have left from the branch. One to Chicago and one to Ecuador. And the one going to Chicago wanted us there when she was set apart, so that was really cool being there and reflecting of the authority and privileges and responsibilities given to missionaries. And i also read when i was set apart and it just motivated me more to do this work the best i can.
So today we went to visit a member because she is going to live in England on Wednesday so we went to say goodbye and her mom was there was well so we talked with her, she believes in God but not in any religion. She is actually from Russia, so thats cool. But she's talked with Jehovah witness and didn't really like them or the Catholics, so we explained a bit and she wanted to know more. (she is the step mom of Mel, who was baptized in England in April, but came back and is going back again) But she seem like she could really have potential. She said she has really noticed the difference of her daughter, so that has made her curious of the gospel.
So JP is going along. His problem is just like any other youth i suppose, knows it could be important but doesn't quite want to change. He says he believes in it though. Just with some of the problems at the chapel affect him, but his is progressing.
The party was good. There were probably 30 people or so. 25 ish.
So apparently the pet pig i told you about, has been on the tv a few times. I guess its kind of famous. Thats funny. Bruno and ava are funny. So bruno is sleeping with you again? Thats good. I wonder what he was thinking. It seems like everyone always likes bruno. He is just the perfect dog, everyone loves him, even people that were terrified of dogs, like grandmas roommate, or jj. He is just a good dog.
I think we are going to go to madrid vs Vigo in the beginning of december.
That is a lot of traveling for dad. I guess with the job change there would be more traveling. Pretty soon he will go on the inactive list. haha.
So I don’t really have to much time. But things are going well.
well hope you have a wonderful week.
Love
Elder Kinghorn
